Submit your design files, sample garments, or tech packs via email or our online form. Our team responds within 48 hours with feasibility feedback and initial cost estimates.

Quotation & Contract

We issue a detailed quote covering unit price, sampling cost, lead time, and payment terms. Contract is signed digitally once both parties confirm all specifications.

Sampling & Approval

Factory produces 1–2 sample garments and ships to your address for approval. Fit, colour, and construction feedback incorporated. Up to 2 free revision rounds included before bulk sign-off.

Bulk Production & QC

Upon sample sign-off, bulk production begins. Three independent QC checks are conducted: First Piece Inspection (FPI), During Production Inspection (DPI), and Final Random Inspection (FRI).

Packing & Shipment

Goods packed per your specification with full export documentation — packing list, inspection report, and customs paperwork included. FOB, CIF, or DDP available.
