How We Work
Together
Step by Step
Every OEM order follows our proven five-stage process. A dedicated account manager guides you from first enquiry to final delivery.
Enquiry & Design Submission
Submit your design files, sample garments, or tech packs via email or our online form. Our team responds within 48 hours with feasibility feedback.
Required: sketches / sample / Tech PackQuotation & Contract
We issue a detailed quote covering unit price, sampling cost, lead time, and payment terms. Contract is signed digitally once both parties confirm.
Timeline: 3–5 working daysSampling & Approval
Factory produces 1–2 sample garments and ships to your address for approval. Fit, colour, and construction feedback incorporated. Up to 2 free revision rounds included.
Timeline: 15–30 working daysBulk Production & QC
Upon sample sign-off, bulk production begins. Three independent QC checks are conducted: First Piece Inspection (FPI), During Production (DPI), and Final Random Inspection (FRI).
Timeline: 45–60 working daysPacking & Shipment
Goods packed per your specification, with full export documentation. FOB, CIF, or DDP available. Full tracking provided from factory gate to your warehouse.

Every garment leaving our factory passes three independent inspections, conducted by our in-house QC team. Full inspection reports available upon request.
First Piece Inspection
Before bulk production begins, the first completed garment is inspected against the approved sample — measurements, construction, colour match, and yarn quality all verified.
During Production Inspection
At 50% production completion, a random sample is drawn and inspected. Issues are corrected in real-time, preventing downstream defects and protecting delivery timelines.
Final Random Inspection
All goods are inspected against AQL international sampling standards before packing. Full inspection report issued to client. No shipment proceeds without sign-off.
