Every garment leaving our factory passes three independent inspections conducted by our in-house QC team. Full inspection reports are available upon request for every order.
First Piece Inspection
Before bulk production begins, the first completed garment is checked against the approved sample — measurements, construction, colour match, and yarn quality all verified.
During Production Inspection
At 50% completion, a random sample is drawn and inspected. Issues corrected in real-time — preventing downstream defects and protecting your delivery timeline.
Final Random Inspection
All goods inspected against AQL international sampling standards before packing. Full inspection report issued. No shipment proceeds without written sign-off.
