Brand Brief & Direction
A deep-dive conversation about your brand positioning, target customer, price point, and visual references. Conducted via video call or in person at our Guangzhou studio.

Our designers produce 3–5 original sketches based on your brief, paired with yarn and colour recommendations. Unit cost estimates are included at this stage so there are no surprises later.
Timeline: 7–14 working daysSampling
Approved designs move into sample production. 1–2 garments made and shipped to your address. Up to 2 free revision rounds — fit, construction, and colour adjustments all accommodated.
Timeline: 20–30 working daysSample Sign-Off & Bulk Production
Once samples are approved in writing, bulk production and packaging development run in parallel — reducing your total lead time by 2–3 weeks.
