Fiber First

Every EtrenerKnit garment starts with the yarn. Here's what we work with, how we source it, and how we test it before it reaches the knitting machine.

Our Philosophy

Quality Starts Before the Knit

The finish of a sweater is decided long before it reaches a knitting machine. We source yarn from mills we've worked with for years, test every batch for shrinkage, pilling, and colorfastness, and only move to sampling once a fiber meets our own internal standard — not just the supplier's spec sheet.

Custom Development

Need a Specific Fiber Blend?

Custom GSM & Gauge

We can adjust fabric weight and knit gauge to match your brand's positioning, from lightweight layering pieces to heavier statement knits.

Blend Development

Looking for a specific wool-cashmere ratio or a cotton-recycled blend? We can develop and test custom yarn blends for your collection.

Swatch Approval

Physical swatches are sent before bulk sampling, so you approve the actual handfeel and color — not just a digital reference.

Do you offer sustainable or recycled yarn options?
Yes. We work with GRS-certified recycled yarns and GOTS-certified organic cotton for brands building sustainability-focused collections.
How do I know the fiber content is accurate?
Every yarn batch is tested against supplier documentation before it enters production, and certified fibers come with full traceability records.
